Emo Clothes Shops ? May 11 2008, 11:48 AM
Where does everyone go ? It's so hard to find cool stuff... I mean, band shirts aren't hard to find, or skinnies, but really original stuff is so rare. I make a lot of my own tops now, but I like some websites too... ebtm.com, for example. Where does everyone else go ?

Obviously, you have Hot Topic in America so it's pretty easy for you to get decent stuff. I got my favourite band tee when I was over there. Non-band stuff is hard to find sometimes.. I really like the concept t-shirts you can find at: http://www.dobi.nu/fullbleed/ And one of my favourite tees ever is this one: http://www.threadless.com/product/114/Flowers_in_the_Attic But it's ALWAYS sold out! =/

A lot of people here in America go to thrift shops(charity clothes stores that you can buy clothes from) quite often, and it tends to work out in your favor pretty well. I've definetly found some pretty amazing stuff there.

Best store for emo wear around here is Kathmandu - Matt's linked to their online store on the fashion page, but it's small and they don't sell anything too awesome. I have to order pretty much all my clothing from America.

your right emo is not a fad to those who stay true with it but it's hitting main stream and i'm seeing knock offs almost everywhere.
