all these sleepless nights Apr 12 2009, 09:09 PM

right now it's like midnight and i still cnat sleep. i tried reading but ny book will keep me up all night because it's sooo good. i don't know what to do.im tired but my body just wont go to sleep. my mind is soo full and i cant stop thinking about some one. i wish i could tell who this someone is but i cant i like him but hes like five years older than me. i cant stop looking at his pics. i think about him all the time. i need some seriouse help. i wish their was a chance for us but i no he wont ever like anyone like m and hes currently getting over some one. im going to go now and see if maybe just maybe i can get some sleep...

Tell him you like him you cannot keep it bottled inside. At least you will know then. Also to help sleeping do some exercises before you go to bed and don't eat anything for a few hours before you go to sleep.

Unrequited love is an awful thing but you know.. I think the most important thing would be to maybe try to get to know the guy more.. Get talking to him, be a friend to him.. Maybe he isn't everything you think he is.. Maybe he would make a good friend to you.. You have to start somewhere so go chat with him.. You'll never know if it can be any more until you get to know him. I think the age thing would be a problem though, age gap relationships are fine but the real issue in your case is the legality of it..

Sleeping... hmmm.. Try to get up a little earlier each morning to tire yourself out, as was said above, try to exercise before bed.. Don't eat too late.. Go for a walk before bed.. try to find something that unwinds you, a bath before bed maybe.. If it persists, I'd go see a doctor as lack of sleep can be so disruptive..
