One in five teens self harm according to a recent scientific research pole. One in three girls self harm according to that same pole. Diana, Princess of Wales Self harmed as a teen, she was a very public figure so no matter how you feel you are not alone. If you are self harming badly you should consult a doctor, self harm does not always mean you have any mental disorder."

I don't fully agree with the statistics mentioned, but I do respect most things produced by the BBC, unlike the Daily Mail...

I phrased that wrong I meant I don't think the statistics are very reliable because I assume the sample wasn't very large.

Anyway it's a useful video still.
