Oooo sounds good about the Xmas meal :] Thanks! I'm looking forward to it a lot :] My sister said they have a lot of snow over there too, enough and the right type of snow to actually make a snowman, yay! lol

lmao! nah I don't smoke it either but yeah you are right it is over there that you can smoke it legally though! lol But I'm only flying to Amsterdam airport but my relatives actually live in the north of Holland but actually I may be spending some of the time in Amsterdam though since that is where my sister is currently studying, so might go and check out her place etc. :]

Ooo. I wanna go to Amsterdam... xD erm... I went to a pantomime last night... couldn't get back into my house cos the door froze closed! >.< So I went to stay at my friends. xD Hopefully I'm going down to Edinburgh tomorrow if the weather stays like this and staying at my boyfriends untill after the new year. :D

Edinburgh for Christmas would be good. Not been but wanna go there sometime still. Agnes I hope you don't have lots of hassle getting there! I wonder if we'll get snow on Christmas here? Doubt it lol..

Yeah going to the big new year thingys too will be a change from just getting completly guttered.. :P You should I think Edinurgh is great. :D Ohh I forgot about all the delayed flights and stuff.. hopefully you will get there alright. xD

Omg Bex really?! shit that's crazy about your front door having been frozen shut!! xD lol and you just couldn't unfreeze it at all?! Something similar happened to one of the doors on our car, just couldn't get it open! lol so had to end up getting one of those extension thingys and plugging in a hair dryer and then trailing it outside to the car to get all the ice to melt so the door would open!!! xD lol damn this snow makes everything so crazy! Edinburgh definitely is a great city! :] I actually lived up there for a year and went to school there for a bit too! Before that we were living in the Scottish Borders near Berwick Upon Tweed, really nice up there :] And Edinburgh is always exciting with a lot going on especially for the New Year as you know! Great time of year to be up there! Thanks guys! I hope so too that there won't be any problems with the flights etc. so far so good! We'll see what happens tomorrow xD

Haha no i thought it was maybe the lock system thingy (cos i live in a flat) that broke but i called other people who stayed there and nobody could get it to open! >.< Was crazy.. Woke up this morning at 6ish.. looked outside the road was completly white. People trying to get to work but there cars wouldn't move!Hopefully trains are still running or I won't be going to Edinburgh today! Hah the hairdryer thing sounds so funny. xD Ah well my boyfriend stays just outside Edinburgh so yeah it's great. :) Yeah it's nice at the borders xD Have a good time. :D

Matt, Bex, hey guys!! :D I'm back from The Netherlands and had a great Christmas over there and a white one at that, yay! xD Actually attempted to build a snowman and my sister has it on her video camera, hilarious!!! lol We made him a little too tall and my dad had to hold him upright from behind lmao xD he almost completely toppled over! lol used a carrot for the nose of course but had no coal so ended up using some random pieces of leaves xD, so funny! And some twigs for arms was my sister's idea, fun times! Took pics and will put them on here sooon! My sister and I cooked the Christmas meal this year which turned out great, very yummy! One of my fav Christmas presents I got and from my sister, was a pen and it had the rock on horns hand sign on the end of it, so awesome haha xD I'll have to take a pic of it, so you guys can seee! Amsterdam was a lot of fun and omg it was so funny, my sister took a pic of these sprayed on stencils on a shop window and guess what they were of?!! Weed leaves lmao!!! xD no surprise, hahah! :D Also visited the Anne Frank museum, amazing, can't put into words how it felt seeing all of that and also this museum about bags, the history of handbags through the decades, was amazing! Loads of different types going up until what we have today! What did you guys get up to?

Hey guys :] I just thought I wanna keep my thread alive lol so how was your new year's eve? what did you get up to? mine was nice even though everyone was being a bit boring lol but just stayed in and watched all that was going on around the world on Tv and had 4 glasses of Champagne! xD lol really tipsy, couldn't stop laughing!!! xD

Sounds like you guys both had a fun new year's eve, awesomeness :D I miss going to the rock and metal night over here on a monday, but no one to go with, meh :[ Wish you guys lived closer then we could all go together, would be ace!

yeah haha. they're isn't much rock/metal nights here unless the odd local band organises a gig, but most of the time it's no alcohol(boooo), or the rare ocasion a decent famous band actually plays a gig. :P

Aaah meh that sucks Bex lol :[ I'm just listening to video game music right now! xD I love listening to it though :D Music from the game which I think came out in 1998, RPG called Xenogears? love that game and Xenosaga had some cool battle music in it too...what's some of your fav games to play and fav consoles? I'm thinking of getting a Nintendo DS actually, really good to have when your bored and especially for a long journey or trip etc. :]
