Is it me, or does America truly have problems? I dont know about you Brits, but it seems the pledge of allegaince is a rly big deal over here. matter of fact, its such a big deal, in school, not standing up for it can result in a referal and possible expulsion. that might just be my school though, but if there are others, please say so ASAP. tell me your thoughts about the pledge (e.i. whether or not we should have to stand). if there are any Brits that want to add any opinions, go right for it. i beleive the ACLU needs to know about this. something needs to be done before people lose an education just because they wont pledge their allegaince to an object that can easily be burned and destroyed.

its a big deal here too...you can get up to two weeks out of school if you fall down when they tell you to stand! i fall cause someone had just said something very funny and i got kicked out of school of two weeks! it was so gay i mess with the teacher who did it all the time now, we put a rat in his car, he is SCARED of rats, idk why, but that taught him, i still do stuff just for fun.

OTT??? as for doing what you did, i wouldnt condone that. its natural to want to do something in retaliation because of something thats happened, but the rat thing's a bit outta line.

ah... i see... its stupid though, and i plan on fighting this for a very long time because it is our right, no matter where youre at, to not stand if you dont want to.
