So I've tryed the usual hot bath, warm drink, reading before bed thing, but I still have so much trouble sleeping. I'm just wondering if you know any ways that may help, without having to take pills or whatever, because I am so fed up of feeling tired all the time.

empty ur mind... try some exercise then bath before u sleep, actually u look pretty gorgeous on ur pixx..
