some teacher saw me crying and told my school tutor that i should see a counciler but i am kind of confuzed because everyone cries .. just in their own time and space and now i feel i kinda should go but i don't want to uurgh what should i do

Hey I have counciling in my school, and i find it really helps me. Like a release, like you can say anything and get it off your chest, throw it away so you dont have to think about it so much. Its not for everyone and I know lots of my friends find it very irritating and hate it, but I dunno. Hope you feel better soon x x
