Okay, here's the skinny, the 411, whatever you'd like to call it: I'm a pretty shy guy. I've got Asperger syndrome, which basically means that I'm half autistic & half normal. Because of this, I have never had a girlfriend, nor have I so much as kissed a girl in the approximate 16 years & 4 months of my life. At my school, there are BF/GF couples virtually everywhere I look. Needless to say, I'm lovesick. Any advice would be appreciated.

okay lets calm dow what is the rush to get in a relationship??????? i must admit i dun know much about asperger syndrome but i did wiki it so from what i can understand people with aspergers cant interact very well???? sorry if i get this wrong i really am i dun wanna cuase ofences,maybe if there is a girl you like and if you have her number, then text her or call her cus from what i can gather people with aspergers dont respond well in socail situations but maybe it different for you,im try to help but there is no need to get ina relationship,when you find someone you will know, hope i helps i prob didnt tho.

If you find it hard talking to girls in person, get chatting to some on this site or larger sites like Myspace as friends and hopefully meet up if they're local. I know you might have already tried that, but it's all I can think of atm.

I've just said this on anothe forum topic but lifes not all about boyfriends and girlfriends. It's not worth getting down about. :] Plus I'm sure your a nice person, try building up your confidence somehow, speek to people and i'm sure you'll meet some very awesome people :)

Ehm, I think I would've started talking to strangers (friends of you're ffriends) that don't know about your diecise (unless it showns? sorry, but I don'tknow anything about it..) and after a while you feel more confident about yourself. And as the person ooverme said; life's not just about girlfriends/boyfriends. :3

okay first of all it must be hard for you i understand, and never being in a relationship whilst everyone else is at school isn't helping either, but don't worry you will find someone no matter what there is someone out there for you. i thought i would never be in a relationship but i have had 3 boyfriends in 2 years. and you are really young so don't worry about it or why don't you try talking to a girl and start socializing, its a start even though you might be shy. best of luck :]
