ok me and my best freind like the same guy and i think he deserves better than her to be honest.Shes always hurting guys and i dont want him to get hurt.Plus hes like one of my closest guy freinds.I told him how i felt about him and he feels the same but she claims shes "in love" with him.he doesnt feel the same about her sadly on her part.Should i just take him and risk our freindship or just let him get hurt by my best freind???

In my opinion, I think you should just continue to be a friend for now... Don't put everything on the line to be with him...

Risks! its obvious compromises you two seems a good friends hum i think if you care find a peacefull ways to get him and try not to hurt your girlfriend! whats comes first the friendship with your Friend or with your boyfriend make a priority then decide and hope for good.

friendships are more important than relationships.So I agree with the first reply. However the situation seems like you two would be nice together. Moreover, your friend should be happy for you if you guys hook up and she should accept that its your turn to be in a relationship. But only you know what kind of friend she is and how she will take it. Try your best to maintain your friendship with your best friend, however if you believe that a relationship with the guy is best for you then I hope that your best friend can accept it. Also, don't judge your best friend on her past errors. It may be true that she has hurt guys in the past, but that does not mean that she would hurt this guy, nor does is it make her less of a potential girl friend for anyone. What is important is that he likes you and you like him. Do not use the fact that" she hurt other guys" to justify you and this guy hooking up. Do it because there is a mutual feeling between you and him. Good Luck, Vybz

Tough situation many of us have to deal with. I say don't go in a relationship with him yet. Leave it a month and see how things are then. So yea I agree with all the helpful answers above.

I agree with all that have been said above ^^ But I also think that you should just let him decides which one of you he wants and ..that's it!! (I don't think that would end up your friendship with her because it wouldn't be your fault if he chose you!! xD
