okies well here goes recently i have found myself lost im not my old self so many things affect me now and the littlest thing makes we wanna cry, im still my loud self but i fell something is acutally rong i dunno wots happenin im carin bout things i usaly dun give a dam bout how do i overcome this??? and get myself bXK??

I like to sing but tht never really helps and I thanks for the advice I dun think it's is deppression cos it's only started happenin over the last couple of months ago and people have noticed any more ideas??????

try find something to apply yourself to and loose yourself in. all different art forms are good for this. try drawing painting graffing writing... fuckin weaving i dunno.

dont watch lost on TV...and i recommend on alot of reading and walking...try to regain yourself..
