ok this is completely random and a really weird question but why is it that after you dye or hi-light your hair when your hair starts growing back out the roots come out to an even darker color than before... Oh by the way my roots are now black... again

Hair is just weird. I have odd black strands but my hair is naturally light brown and I haven't dyed it for years.

im naturally a light blonde and then i dyed it black and now my roots are ginger it bugs the hell outta me
