My Thought Of Beauty By Brianna Dail Beauty is the cold dark nights, the pale moon beaming across sleeping lands. It’s the cloudy days when the sun never shines and the world is embraced in grey. It’s the dead willow tree swaying in the chilling wind, looming over the land of the many who are now memorized in stone. Beauty is in the eyes of the black cat that watches the world so intensely. Its in the pride of the sleek raven who towers over all from its stony perch. Its in the grace of the wolf’s movements, how it dances around the baron wasteland who he calls home. Beauty is in the sound of the crying wind that blows past old headstones. It’s the call of the mourning coyote that stands on the black, rocky hills. Its in the motion of the bat’s beating wings. Beauty is seen in different ways, different points of view. Beauty is the thing that gives meaning and value in the eyes of the beholder. And this…this is my thought of beauty.
