this was inspired to me because i had a friend who tried to change who i was. I'm not gonna change for you, Thats the last thing I would do, Your nothing but an excuse, For a friend who will always accuse, Me for not being there, Lies that i am aware, Of but you don't care, Nothing that we share, You said we were friends, But nothing will ever mend, This heart you've broken down, This soul you tried to drown, I can almost here the sound, Of the girl that they had found, Running out of the state, A runaway with her mate, I'll never be like you, Or the things that you do, You won't influence me, So why can't you see, Your not hurting this, Heart that you will miss, But since you were my friend, Maybe I can try to mend, You if you come back, I will have your back...
