We now have a sort of help section/guide. As well as hopefully answering some of your questions, you'll learn more about the site. If you have any other suggestions for this page please post them here. Please note I know this page is quite lengthy and probably goes into a little too much detail, but it'll be improved over time.

Okay I feel so mentally chalenged I have read the help thing but I still dont now how to make the Forum posts help please?
