I bought a hair straightener before 5mn but the person who is selling it said that this hair straightener is not GHD and I was wondering what GHD hair straightener is ? can some one explain ? please !!!

Lol, GHD is just a brand name. A lot of people seem think they are better than most straighteners but they are rather pricey. Personally I don't see that there is any benefit in them...unless you hair is REALLY curly/frizzy etc. Hope that helps :)

My hair is wavey and really thick do you th1ng that if the hair straightener is not GHD it will streight my hair ?

I can't really say....they might be ok. You'd be best to ask a hairdresser or someone though...they will be able to advise you properly :)

I use GHD's. It stands for Great Hair Day. They are actually really good. They keep my hair straight all day and my hair is thick and wavey too.

I didn't know it stood for that :D Oh and my advice is if you can't afford the GHD ones get some slightly cheaper ones. However the real cheap ones usually don't perform as well because they don't heat up enough.

at first i had like the cheapest one i could get. it worked alright, but i just got an new GHD slim one for short hair cause i cut my hair. it works sweet, my hair'll stay straight for 2 days if i dont wet it :D and my hair is naturally really really curly yaak

I got one too, not GHD, just Babyliss (I think) but it's not too good, my hair never stay straight all day long :/
