Okay this is kinda stupid but, when i was 7, 9 and 11 years old i tried commiting suicide because i thought my parents hated me and that i thought it would be best if i were gone. They would argue all the time and i would get depressed easily. I still kinda feel that way cause they allways seem to like my older and younger brothers more than me. I don't think it's jealousy but i would like it if they loved me too. My mum spots things easily. Like when one of my brothers are ill she'll see it before anyone else does, or say he's looking abit dodgy my dad would try and find out what's going on. But with me - nothing. They don't know about the attempted suicides, they never knew about my cutting. And now they don't know about my bulimia. I just want them to see what's wrong with me and love me. I don't know what to do :S I feel stupid.

Middle child syndrome?xD your not alone. Try and talk to other kids who were/are in the same situation and see if that doesn't help,if nothing else you'l make feinds. Infact there's bound to be someone on here who could help. If it's really bothering you to the point were your depressed all the time and feel like their just constantly ignooring/undermiming you and your seriously starting to feel "unloved", then perhaps you'd better talk it out with them? Surely it's worth a shot,eh? hope that helped.- "the poxinater" XD

I'm also the middle child and I know how hard it can be, anything I do around the house goes unpraised VS. my older brother who is perfect and my little brother that gets away with everything... last year I had a streak where everything I did got me in trouble and my mom messaged me about it on AOL and talked it out with me... just talk to your parents and get everything off of your mind

Thankyou everyone for your replies. And i tried talking to them yesterday - didn't go down too well with my mum. She just shouted at me and told me i was jealous. But my dad rescued me and now i'm going to get guitar lessons :D I just hope my dad keeps his anger in control and my mum to realise that i'm not jealous.

Ah. I kinda know your pain. I sometimes think my dad pays more attention to my brother than me...
