Relapsed :'( Aug 21 2010, 09:18 AM

two nights ago I spent the night with my sister Brianna who is a extreme emo poser and all this other crap... I spent the whole weekend with her and it really bummed me out and crap because I felt like she was making fun of me... well anyways sometime in the midst of this I had a relapse of cutting and I did several on my leg and three on my arm... then I bit myself a few times... now I cant stop crying and Idkay I just I honestly don't know anymore

What I used to do is write song lyrics from memory, things like that that keep both your mind and hands busy are good =] Or I'd lose myself in a game, forget about the real world for a bit. Just try stuff from lists like these til you find some that help you :3 Understanding why you self-harm would help you stop doing it and is probably important too, so you can really find other ways to cope.. http://www.helpguide.org/mental/self_injury.htm If your sister's a poser I'm sure she's not making fun of you, she probably just likes the emo look.. Maybe you could talk to her about it?

no I know she isn't making fun of me but yes she is a poser... she did it all over a guy (because he's emo or goth one of the two) personally i dont give a shit what he is because he ruined my sister... and yes i've tried talking to her... and she would just say shut the fuck up you obviously don't know what emo is... before her birthday party started she gave most of her stuffed animals to her brother, gave me one, and then ripped the other two up... because apparently emos dont like animals and they don't like stuffed animals... and yeah I know why i cut... kind of but what made me mad was that I did it for like no reason what so ever it was just like I've been clean for 5 months I deserve a break but idkay if... i just idkay

Hm she sounds immature.. And yeah I relapsed for no reason a month or so ago.. I guess just stick to alternatives to make sure it doesn't happen again, if you didn't harm for 5 months you proved you don't need to ^_^

awww nikki :'( i'm here for you, you've got to find the strength in you to stop, i relapsed again a month ago, and i think its worse cause its more like a fetish when i...well i won't go that far but anyways. i'll be there with you stopping aswell.
