heyy i just recently joined this website and i'm pretty messed up at the momment. I was wondering if there was anyone i could relate to, if anyone has had experances which have led to cutting themselfs and want to talk about it then yer just write it down ONLY if you r comfortable to talk about it. See i cut myself because i think i hav to punish myself pysically cos of what i have done

I used to cut myself to distract myself from the emotional pain. The physical pain was something I could deal with more than the emotional pain I felt.
