Low Self Esteem :-/ Sep 07 2010, 02:32 PM

I dont know how many other people have this problem , but ive got REALLY low self esteem I find myself a ugly fat thing and at times my moods have been so low especially after losing my dad (which i know is normal) ive in the past resorted to cutting, ive only had one serious relationship and couldnt understand why my friends have had loads of bfs/gfs i put it down to being ugly :-/ x

your nt ugly ur one beautful girl but my guess abwt ur frnds people r different and they want different things they cud have many reasons for havin diff bf/gf i have the same thin as u do its just i havent lost my dad:/ which am sorry that u did:/ but abwt ma frnds theyr the same they go from one person to another but for me i dnt like that i had one serious relationship and since den iv changed alot so the thing is ur nt ugly u just didnt find the right one yet :/

You're hot, and I have had low self esteem in the past so I know how you feel and sometimes it just takes the right person to compliment you to get you to change your mind... what helped me is every morning I wake up and look in the mirror and say I love you and compliment myself on everthing that I like about myself

You shouldn't compare yourself to others.Just look at yourself,Everyone is good enought for HIMSELF..=) No one will ever accept you ,either coz they're jealous or they're idiots. No one is ugly or fat.If anyone judged you,he has probably forgotten to see his inside first :) And I think you really sound cute and great =)

You are not ugly. I think most people here can understand what it feels like to go through what you have gone through. I am very sorry to hear about you dad. You are very pretty. You need to try and believe in your self. This will make a lot of things in your daily life so much easier. If you need to speak to anyone. We are all here for you. x

I think I understand what you feel for me it really dosent matter how many ppl tell you how gorgeous you are it didn't make a diffrence in what I felt....Its about what you fell for yourself....ppl say u can't fully love someone until u love yourself I've kbegun to understand it there may be someone you care a massive amount for but if u can't accept yourself and love the person u are then u will always feel incomplete. Where I'm at right now I know that's what I have to work on doing I don't know how and I don't know why it won't just happen "y can't I accept myself and love myself even thoufgh I want to" and that's what I have to figure out y I can and try to get past it .......Idk what will uappen with me but I hope u figure it out cause I know the feeling of everyone telling u how great u are but for some reasson u look at urself and don't see what they do it frustrating but hopefully one day we will see things a bit more clear and see what everyone else does.....

You're not ugly at all!! You are beautiful! I've had really low self esteem in the past, and I still do most of the time, but you are not ugly at all. Just because you can't always get bfs doesn't truly mean much at all. I've never actually won the heart of a guy that I liked before they liked me, so I understand
