scared of talking, terrified of staying silent.... Sep 13 2010, 04:23 PM

*warning i cant spell very well* i'm new to the whole talk about feelings thing so if i sound like an attention seeker then feel free to shout at me and tell me because i would rather die than become an attention seeker. i'm scared of talking about things that go through my head and things i do because the last time i really talked about how i felt i got told to shut up and stop commplaining when i have a perfect life...but thats the thing i dont but i dont have a horrible life. to the point i'm scared of talking but terrified that if i stay silent that i'm going to kill myself because i have tryed it before and sadly woke up might i add with a killer head-ach. to be honest i have no clue what to do anymore. my silent pain is showing across my arms and its taking over. i'm trying to say all this in as little words as possible because i dont really like talking out makes my feel like i'm draging people into my problems. anyway i cant even ask a doctor for help because i live in a really small town and it will get back to my mum witch is not a good thing because then my dad will have to be told everything we hid from him. someone please give me an idea of what i should do. love RaSoRbLaDeLoVe x

It's usually good to discuss your feelings. Loads of people do here and just talking about them will help. There will always be someone that has been through similar situations and willing to give advice. Just ignore the people that are nasty and don't seem to care.
