Love is a game for all to play But the thing is it'll never go your way You'll end up broken at the end of the day When you are hurt you want to end your life Once you felt you wanted her to be your wife That was until she plunged in the knife You still long to hold her hand But with you she shall no longer stand Even when you obey her every command You work so hard to win the fight But she is determined to make this your plight Even though she is still your shining light It doesn't matter she ripped out your heart Your love you still try to restart Even so long after your feelings had part No longer do you feel that you can trust Was it because it all seemed so rushed Why is it you still try and feel you must You gave her everything she ever asked Now that seems in the distant past Did her love really run out that fast Inside you're dying And yet you're still trying And she continues her lying
