Didn't know where to put this but I ran just about three miles on our schools cross country track for the guys... I did walk a little but I ran most of it and felt AMAZING afterwards and my friend and I wanted to do it again (: I think that I deserve a cookie (:

Lol not really like I said I wanted to do it again once we were done... it wasn't really tiring it did however kill my calf muscles because most of it was uneven ground.... lol What do you mean you get stitches alot??

I know what she means by getting stitches all the time as in muscle cramps, horrible sharp burning pain, really sucks! :/ I used to like running at school and was pretty good at it but now I admit, I think I'm a bit unfit so I get tired easily lol

lol easier said than done at times, meh! lol Gym memberships are pretty expensive :/ But I'm not that bad, just gonna have to save up for a new gym membership.

Hmm well at the gyms around here, a full membership is like 40 something pounds and my boyfriend and I were thinking of doing a joint deal, so that would make it a lot more. They do have offers every now and then though, like 3 months for £99, something like that. But yeah, the gyms around here are not cheap unless you are a full-time student or something.

well done nikki yer gyms r so £££££££'s out ya pocket even if your a full time student they cost a lost. the college i go to has a massive one. im always getting letters to jion the gym but at £80 a month they can get fucked. iv not dune one bit of pe or wotever they call it now since i was in primary school and im not a fat bitch so wot is the piont?

Hmm yeah, I guess some people regardless of not exercising, they just never seem to put on any weight. Sometimes it can have something to do with their metabolism though and it may not stay that way their whole life, but yeah you never know! Also it does depend on the kind of diet you have though.

lmfao... lol yeah gym memberships are expensive everywhere lmfao thats why my parents basically have built a home gym that we never use in our extra living room (waste of money if you ask me)but you don't need a gym membership to go hiking or something like that... I'm actually pretty bummed out because we do the cross country track every tuesday and this tuesday I have a school club activity that I have to go to so ima miss out this time :(
