anger issues, and other stuff :/ Nov 12 2010, 02:25 PM

So umm I've been having a pretty weird day I guess you can say... Well as I say on here a lot soccer is my life... or atleast it used to be... The last two day's I've been really off on my game and today I kind of made all of JV hate me... our JV team isn't that great so I had people on my team that were kicking the ball to the other team when I the goalie was going to get it and I ended up getting scored on for that... then just the other team was taking REALLY cheap shots like kick.ing it while its in my hands... and of course people being lazy, sooo i was pissed enough to were I was in tears which ussually is rare because idk.... well f.<i>nally the class was over and I was sitting on my hands to keep from punching a few people, then I punched the locker room door and now my hand is swollen because of it. then i had like 20 people after class asking me what was wrong and trying to cheer me up which pisses me off even more and I just idk how to deal with. it because soccer used to be my life and it was the only reason I even went to school but when even that starts to piss you off what do you do??? I mean I came home today and had some pretty bad thoughts and I just idk what to do anymore... I'm to the point where Im about to shut down again. please help :/

dont shut down again if you want to pm ill talk with you. When the thing keeping you alive starts to kill you you need to find a different life support. find something else that you enjoy possibly? maybe your angers been stored up for a while and now its all coming out? like i said pm if you want to talk i know what your going through ive been there before

When I am angry I am just swearing (it helps me a lot) and I am kickign stuff and basicly kicking and punching everyth1ng that's on my way :D don't give up anger is part of life you know :)

okayy I will PM you when I need to talk... right now I'm fine... kind of because I just spent the weekend with my best friend... and lol yeah me too headin and I was friday and I almost took out a few girls because I almost threw punches... also I talked to my mother some because my brother noticed I was upset and told my mom and she said that I need to check out cross country or another sport which I am ASAP but because its the middle of the semester I doubt they will let me switch without a REALLY good reason... which I could make up (: but yeah
