So I went to the mall to show off my new clothes with my friends and some guys come up to us and notice my black fingernail polish and says, "You're goth?" And I say, "Nope." My friend, Taylor, says, "She's emo. But people confuse the two all the time." And the guy's friend goes, "What's the difference? They all cut themselves and worship the devil." Which I just shook my head at and walked off, rather than lecture him on how stereotypical that was. I hate it--HATE IT!!!--when people just judge me on some bull they probably read off of the internet or heard from someone in their neighborhood. I wear a lot of black and skinny jeans so I automatically have cut marks on my wrist?!

Yeah, I hate stereotypes. That's also why I hate tags like "emo" and "goth", Because I have a little chrecteristics from all of 'em, but I'll never perfect;y fir in to any of them 'casue I'm just me. (: When everyone realizes we're all just freaks frightened by our own thoughts, ideals and personalitys the world will be a much better place. (: But hey, when will that happen? Life sucks ass. =/ lol

Yeah, steriotypes really suck. I fit into at least three, which is Goth, Emo, and then Punk...Yeah. It's tough because people always are like 'oh, so you cut yourself?' And thats really stupid...People are just afraid of others who are willing to go against the norm, is all; They place us into catagories to try and understand us, but they're so naturally narrow-minded that they fail to put us into a satisfying neat little box...And I bet it drives them crazy! Steriotypes aren't all that bad. I found this site by typing in emo, so that's a start, right?

So many times that people have asked me are you goth, are you emo ? I'm just my fucking self! Personly I have had problems with "cuting", I stoped, but that doesn't have anything to do with the way you dress or live or whatever.
