So Adam is on anti-depressants because he's been having suicidal thoughts and stuff like that and I've always thought that they never really work, but he was in a really good mood today and seemed to be amazingly happy, soo I wanted to try one and see if it would really make a difference for me because I've been thinking that I need to get put on something for a while so adam gave me one of his pills and honestly thats the best I've felt in a long time, but it did give me all this raw energy and i was like bouncing off the walls... so I've decided that since it did work that I should probably see about getting put on anti- depressants but I don't know how to start that conversation with my mom

eh i dont know any advice on how to start a convo with her about it..with my mom it was easier because 1)my school guidance counselor told my mom and 2)my mom also takes anti-depressants for me my anti-depressants help alot..like if it dont take them i am horrible like i dont even know how i used to live without them before i started taking them..but they are by far not a maricle but they do help me a great deal..also if you get a bad reaction like it makes you more depressed it can just be the kind you take so they can switch you to one that might work better like they did with me..

yeah, my new counsler would probably say something if i actually talked to her, and my mom used to take "happy pills" I think they were for bi-polar issues (which honestly I couldn't tell the difference of when she took them and when she didnt)

im on anti depressants and there is side effects like suicidal thoughts i felt better wheni was on a high dose but you should talk to a doctor about and see their opinion ^^
