Behind the clouds lays a little girl. Not so little anymore. Shes 26 now. And still watches us. It was the disease that took her. And also the step-mom. She locked her in her room and threw away the key. She finally took her in. But it was to late. All we could do was watch her die. Atop a bed a little girl lays. Not so little anymore. Shes 13 now. She listens to them lie. Her mother and family. That she was the reason they could go on. All she can do is put on her headphones. Listen to music, read, and write poetry. Think about her abusive dad. And how alone she felt. She enjoyed the blood that fell down her arm. "Someday I will join her. And lay behind the clouds." She says. As she drifts off to sleep.

Yes i am the little girl atop the bed. And yes this really did happen. Don't believe me even ask the little girl that lays behind the clouds. She is my sister. I was 3 when it happend. She was 16. It was back in 2001

yknow i think its strange the powers we are granted for instance mine is empathy so miss with your permission im sorry however the poem is of a high standard and even i am impressed
