you were familiar in that strange town maybe if i'd stayed wed've worked it out now that we are separate i wait for my heart to forget you but all the alcohol and sluts in the world wont fill the hole you left me this ocean of separation shan't be dwarfed by anything i've felt before i doubt that your mind finds me anymore but every night i lie awake heart screaming out your name i remember the way you feel you move you gasp for breath you muffled midnight screams still haunt me once i tasted life with you by my side and me on your mind my life since then has just felt so fake knowing ill never hold you to me is worse than boiling in oil i cant recall existing so empty before. so empty.
