So i'm cutting myself... And there are times when i stop but then something happens and it just starts all over again... and yesterday when the guy i was with broke up with me (i mentioned him in some other topic) i cut and then at lunch when he saw the cuts he seemed like he didnt care but my friends got mad at me for it... then later he put all over twitter that i waas officially out of his life just cause i started cutting again and he was pissed... And some of my friends are even pissed off at me too for doing it again when i promised like a bunch of times i'd stop but i dont know how! Help?! ):

Well I have cut before but none of my family or friends know about it. Im having trouble hiding it under my long sleeve tops. I wouldnt worry about it though chick :/ If they were real friends they would realise what a hard time your having and they will help you instead of being pissed off at you. Your boyfriend/ex boyfriend probably doesn't know what to do about it. I think tweeting about it is a bit harsh and he shouldnt have done that but try and talk to him about it and ask him why he did it. If he wont listen to what you have to say then he isnt worth you breath honestly! There are people out there that will love you and help you. You will always have people here to help you if you need it. I hope this helps? xx

It's true that friends should be there for you, but being angry at you can be helpful as well. Self harm is not the way out of issues in your life. Please read other similar stories by searching the forums.

PLease dont EVER cut again it is not the answer and will only get worse stop it now while you can

we all cut. weather its with words or rasor blades. but there is a thine line between hurt and pain. it seems as if ur cuting to fell relife. i can only say sick with ur friends. tell them ur hurt and then just pinch ur self thats how i got over my cutting.
