If u can help me, Id appreciate it, if not... whtever... Wtf am I supposed ta do if I get em? I've had soooo many at work... lately... And other places.... Also feels lyk Ive been rushed and depended on waaaaaay too much... :P Im afraid Im gonna hava serious breakdown.. any suggestions wht I shud try ta do? Ive tried relaxing, but tht dusnt do much when u know u eventually gotta do the work... or get whtever done.. l8r...

what really inspires you? When you're having a mental block the best thing to do is take yourself somewhere you can be alone, even if it's just for a couple of minutes. Think about what inspires you, what drives you, and what you need to get out of doing what you're doing. If you are inspired by music, just take our your mp3 player/ipod/phone and listen to one song that you know gives your brain going ;)

Yeah, I totally know how you feel. So, what I'm guessing is this is all stress related. And you've tried relaxing, So what you have to do is prioratize what things you have to do. Things seem like much more work when you have them all stacked up and not organized. Think about how you can get all the things you have to get done fast and efficiently. Don't think about them as one giant to-do list, think about them mechanically. Individually. It takes off a LOAD of stress if you just re-organize your mind. It sounds terribly simple, I know, but trust me. It works. And then do what the person above me said. :)

i get that too.. and then i get like anxiety attacks lol. i write a daily planner of things i gota do and try and check them off. like she said... get somewhere on ur opwn just for a second to clear your mind get some focus and just take a deep breath.

Yeah, I used to feel the same way too, getting anxiety attacks and all. It just takes time. Don't expect it to be like, 'WAH-LAH! CURED!' Cuz it's not going to be like that. It takes time to change your way of thinking. But if you just stick with it and don't give up, everything will work out just fine. Good luck!
