Pocket my sword and swing my shield I’ll come for you by dusk to dawn And press your back against the wall, Casting array those thoughts and memories. Forget to take and scamper far To the horizon closer, closer you go, No more the orange light shall cast down Upon your face in its fiery glow, For however closer, closer you dance Its rays shall shine right on past. And I will come for you in the days to come, In the light of the horizon, from dawn to dusk Until the very ends of this world begin to crumble, And you, you will have nowhere left to run. Let the fiery tips of the suns grimace Shine down upon my shield, And let my sword flash hither, to and throw From the goodness in my heart… And laugh aloud I shall to the mountains - To the Gods on vapour street. They in turn shall ghost on by Watching in translucency. I’m coming for you my friend, my dear, And, in all dishonesty, I’ll save you from your fear, your hopes, In gain of something better. Arrive in armour - plate or link. Throw down your gauntlet to match, my own Has been laid in the dirt for some time now - Waiting for your response.
