You hold your breath as they tell you the news the news that was told to soon you didnt want to hear it you didnt want to know you didnt want all your emotions to show You look at him with those little eyes that can show all the fear and lies he looks and you his mind is still young but his body old the story of his life on his body foretold You go home and cry this is too much to deal with you lock yourself in your room you look at your clock you know its too soon but you dont care, you need the relief you need the rush you need the red hush The blade comes out and goes back in deep into your skin you feel better you feel fine but it doesnt change the upcoming line he's gone his dead the empty hospital bed you cry you scream you wake up and realise it was a dream you sweat you shake you feel the earth quake the dream soon to be reality.

omg ... this poem made me cry i can relate to this poem mainly because my dad died and everything in this poem is exactly what i had done The moment i heard he was in the hospital, i went and locked myself in my room the moment he had passed, i cried for so long and i was in so much pain but the only difference is that i wish that it was just a dream but it wasn't :( ....

You're poetry is soo beautiful and eloquently written. Yet, they present such sorrowful reflections.... and release such pain. My sister, I hope you continue to use this poetry as a outlet. Do not give on or let yourself be buried by sorrow. Life may seem to submerge us with troubles, but it is at this time that we must swim hardest. My love and prayers go out to you.
