As someone who didn't really go crazy over her in the first place, I'd say for a second there in her career she started to suck. She came back with 'Girlfriend' though. She's kinda only famous for 'S8rboi' isn't she? Ah well. I think she got her singing voice back. For a while there she was kind of...screeching. She's better now. She's still okay. *Gets brick'd*

Have you heard the song on her album called Push? Shriek city. >.< But I think one or two of the new ones are good. :/ But this is coming from a proper old school Avril fan, I thought she lost it with album 3. But it came out at the time I was getting into really heavy stuff and thought she'd gone a bit too pop, so I guess that may have something to do with it. And the constant use of the colour pink, her new girly girl image and screechy vocals was rather unappealing. But hey, that's just me. XD

If people are still buying her music and still supporting her then she obviously still has 'something' but im not sure that she is as good as she was i prefer her old stuff.

hahaha xD yeah it's true she's hot ^^ but the colours in her hair are really ugly =p I'm definetly not a fan but I loved some of her songs and "what the hell" too

She's not as good as she used to be. I used to be a massive fan, but she's just not the same musician that she was before. Having said that, I think What The Hell is an awesome song, mainly for the lyrics which I can relate to a lot.

Yeah, the whole girly-girly suzy highschool thing puts me off a bit too. Maybe it's because I'm into metal stuff now and she's gone pop, and that's why I don't like her as much as I used to? She is pretty though... X3

I like her old stuff but her newer stuff has been too mainstream and so has her style, not really her. She seems to have got some of it back nowadays though.

her new stuff sounds like too much pop like she's trying to stay mainstream or something idk but prefer her old stuff that was her best music.
