Ok so im soooooo stupid i watched some triggering videos and I need someones help im shaking im digging my nails in my arms and im curled in a ball its hard to type but some how i feel as if you are the only people in the world that understand me and the only people in the whole world that are like me but it hurts its tempting please what do i do im scared im scared im going to start again im scaredi dont have anough selfcontrol yet please help me

Okay. Take a deep breath. In and out. Go on, do it. Okay. Now write down what you are feeling. Write down why you shouldn't do this. Read it. Over and over. Tell yourself you are better than doing that to yourself. Distract yourself. I know it's hard, but please, don't!
