The story of my night May 11 2011, 07:08 AM
I put the sharp edge next to my skin built up the courage and dug it in The vixen red running down onto the floor Stand there crying, letting the blood pour I swallow a box or two of those nasty pills maybe i'll get high, get some thrills I start to feel dizzy, start to feel sick Maybe it will knock me out, thats the trick Find some rope from under my bed Being careful where i tred- Dont want the floorboards to creak And dont want any nosey little noses to peak Tie a knot tightly in this rope of mine looking at the clock, counting down the time Hang the rope from hooks on my ceiling Trying to escape from this depressing feeling The rough rope hugs my throat Guiding me through these troubled waters like a boat I kick the stool away from my feet Hopefully this i wont have to repeat I wake up lying on the floor What else did i have to endure The rope had snapped and fallen down I had fallen with it to but i didnt hear a sound I get myself up and slowly start to sway I climb into my bed and sleep the pain away My mum walks in and wakes me up for school Im the wise one she's the fool I paint my face on with the make up in my draw Cover the cuts with bracelets let no one see my flaws This suicide attempt was doomed from the start Because i knew the true feelings inside my heart.

wow, your poetry is so vivid and deep. Yet so sad... I hope you look at everyday you're alive, as a gift, and as a chance to turn things around-it may not seem so, but once you're alive, there's always hope.
