Okay I do not know about everyone else but my life sucks right now.I have no clue what to do...I'm suffering day by day. I'm barely happy at school anymore :O (that's scary believe me I LOVE SCHOOL) I'm only happy in my boyfriends arms(and a little with my friends) and that is almost never...Plus I'm getting tired of hiding who says I should just come out and say "Hey I'm Bipolar, Bisexual, and I cut myself!!!" It hurts I can't take it much longer...Any words that could help please say............

It will get better I promise. I understand how hard it is, if you're having a hard time feeling happy, You are worth it! I promise! It might sound silly but working out helps the chemicals in your body balance out a fair bit. Aside from that I'd reccomend immersing yourself in school activities that hold your attention. It's how I coped through high school.

I'm so sorry to hear this. In the middle of school this year(and still kinda) I felt like giving up life. No one would miss me. And who gives a shit? But I stayed with it, and still am. Do whatever you feel like, just dont kill. Plus, yuor lucky, I never had a boyfriend before.

You gotta be positive ive been in your shoes for about 4 years but you know whats sad ? I had to lose my dad to pull my finger out and try and be positive. Yeh i lost my dad 2 and a bit months ago you just gotta be positive. Dont give up its not going to get you anywhere, dont cut yourself your beautiful and deserve better on the self harm topic you can get so much support from me and many others ive been free for a month now. I love school too i hated it for a while, but hating things isnt gonna make your life better just try to love what you got and dont focus so much on what you dont have or whats going wrong
