I haven't heard of the awful incident till I got a question on Formspring.me and it made me wonder what really happened?? Anyways, What are your thoughts about it?

Everyone knows she is guilty, sadly, they lack evidence. The same reason why even if the leaders of crime families are widely known, they are never arrested promptly. The jury system is broken.

Sadly I'd have to agree with Waking... although her actions aren't very good and she puts on a crappy show (she's not a very good actress) tape being over her mouth and her not reporting it for 30 days really isn't enough to offically find her guilty... all though I do agree that she did do it... lol my mom joked around about how she was going to drown my little brother because its now legal *rolls eyes* America just makes you feel sooo safe, doesn't it???

The American Justice System has flaws, and now they are even more glaringly obvious. Not enough tangible evidence was there to convict her, even though it was painfully obvious she is in fact guilty. It was the prosecutions fault, I guess. That's what the jurors said. The jurors also said they had to follow by the rules. In this particular situation I think the phrase "There are laws, and then there is what is right" comes to mind, and they should have followed it.
