Not long ago I was talking to this boy on facebook who goes to my school. He was saying things like "you're hot" and "I've always admired you"- which made me very suspicious. But people are always telling me that I should be more trusting, so I carried on speaking to him and guess what he did! He said he was joking and that I was fugly!! What's wrong with people nowadays?? Anyone else experienced this??

Yush, tottally! I hate it ;/ People do them kind of things as a sick joke to impress other people & call you a low-life gullible scum ;/ Trust who you are sure about, not some random guy from your school. My ex-BFF Viki & I went to summer camp last summer... Anyways, there was this dude who was really depressed & had a crush on this horrible girl called Susi. So one night they thought it would be funny for her to ask him out as a sick joke, see what he replies with. The WHOLE summer camp went in that room, I mean, the ENTIRE camp. So Susi goes up to him & he's on his bed. She asks him out & the poor thing is so embarrassed about it that he puts his head under his pillow. This went on for an hour until' the teachers came in. It's sick, It makes me want to beat them with a Coke bottle ;/

I've experienced similar - many times I've been asked out for a joke, and it's horrible, so I know how you feel :( but you just have to accept that some people are dicks and don't know how to be anything but dicks and do your best to surround yourself with people who aren't... like us :D I'm not gonna lie, it gets easier once you leave high school, or at least it did for me :)

This has never happened to me before. And if it ever happened to me, I'd get my guy friends to kick that guy's ass >:C If I were you, I would make his life a living hell v.v You didn't deserve that. You're not fugly.

That's stupid. Yeah, something like that has happened to me in person. I have a guy friend that I like and he used to kid around with me because I'm that girl that they only see as a friend (mostly) and he would serenade me and stupid crap like that. Then he would be like 'just kidding!...No, but I was serious." which is confusing... But yeah. Stupid.

That has happened to me before. Plenty of times. It made me have trust issues n' now I think I'm ugly. But you're not! N' don't ever think it!

that has kinda happened to me one time was sooo LOL on a guy asked if i wanted to have sex with him and i said no and he was all like u will never get any better good looking guy than me to have sex with ever ! xD x

thats happened to me so many times with guys I go to school with :/ I either cuss them out or totally blow it off and act like I really don't give a shit.

People don't do that around here anymore... it was more or less a middle school game that everyone enjoyed playing
