Just a shout out to everyone in the affected areas... i hope you're all ok and it hasn't affected anyone. I'm watching it on the news and facebook (very reliable) and it's horrific. The third day of rioting. Been alot of stories of why it kicked off. someone said a guy raised a gun of police and the police shot him... other say They have had enough of being left unemployed and speachless... They're not getting benefits which other people are so basically they're being singled out. I hope everyones ok :)

Hah, I heard the police shot someone who was unarmed. With any luck it will be all clearer when everyone chills out and stops smashing/throwing/shooting shit. :P In the meantime I hope there are no more serious casualties. Riot responsibly. :L

So lucky the emo meet this weekend in London wasn't affected! It's bad in Birmingham too.. some of our companies clients have been evacuated.

I feel so sorry for everyone in the affected areas, I hope everyone keeps safe *hugs* it's stupid and pointless though, what is all the destruction achieving? They're just making things worse for themselves! And it's yet again making teenagers look bad, despite the fact that it's a minority... everything about it just really frustrates me!

They have got a message though. They feel left out, they've taken all the youth shelters away ect and just leaving them in the dark. Also in the news it's confirmed the teen didn't open fire on the police, the police just shot him dead. So if police are going around shooting people then we are all under attack. It has gone out of hand and the country will soon be in an uproar... but people are finally standing up for themselves and fighting back against the government.

So I know I'm American and all, but I heard that the guy who got shot by the policeman was a drug dealer Which would make the whole thing make a LITTLE more sense
