A whole bunch of people hate emos but these other people(bullies) just beat us for fun this is to share your memories if you want who knows it might make you feel better i have a few stories myself

this sucked:I was walking home and all of a sudden 5 guys come out of no where and beat me and the part that sucked the most is that A WHOLE bunch of people were watching,everyone just watched and did nothing the only people that got hurt were my 2 best friends and they got beat 2 :(

Have you guys heard of Sophie Lancaster? She was a goth who was murdered by a group of chavs. Her family has organised a charity to raise the awareness of violence aimed at subculture's so the police take the incidents more seriously. I've never really been drectly affected myself but it sickens me to hear that young people are targetted just because of who they are.

I remember a girl who made a video against emos/scenekids on youtube and later apologized because her bestfriend's boyfriend was stabbed to death because he looked emo......the world is nothing but one big mental place

Yeahh I remember hearing about Sophie Lancaster... I was disgusted by the story :( Luckily I've never experienced such violence myself (though I do know someone who has been targeted by chavs), but I have been, well not bullied I wouldn't say, but certainly some people have made a bigger issue than necessary about the fact that I'm more alternative than most.

Emo/Scene subculture is HUGE where I live so not really... hell half of us hang out with "chavs"
