Gay Suicide is when a person who has a different sexuality commits suicide due to bullying and harassment. Its sad that people can be so cruel to drive anybody to suicide :( But its just called Gay Suicide because the person who committed it just happens to be gay. And/Or kills him/her self due to harassment. (It can even be caused by those 'gay jokes' that can hurt someones feelings and just (due to other stress as well) push them to a breaking point)

^^Exactly what she said, Aimee. Bullying is a main cause for Gay Suicide. It is kind of offensive though...just calling it Gay Suicide. LGBT would be better. It includes everyone.

well in the newspaper that call it gay suicide soo... and i wanna stop it i wish i knew this people who commit suicide.. i would stop them it makes me sad...

Exactly what Fallen Angel said. I'm lesbian, and I get lots of crap for it. And calling it gay suicide is kinda offensive. Calling it lgbt suicide sounds more respectful.

Suicide is like a punishment for those they leave behind, though. It's sad when one believes it is so hopeless and to feel so alone that they would kill themselves. When someone wants to stop someone from commiting suicide, It's less about hindering their individual right than their need to understand that there are other options. Especially when it comes to bullying. It's horrible. People shouldn't hate others for something they can't change. :(
