My school took exams today. My group took it in the cafeteria. It was really hard. Lol. Afterwards, my friend told me that I was talking to myself throughout the entire thing. Which embarrassed me. I hadn't even noticed that I was talking to myself. But now I realize that I talk to myself quite often. Mostly when I'm stressed out or upset about something. Is this normal? Or should I be worried?...

my aunt does the same thing! Especially when she is facing some challenges or making decisions. I'm not sure if it's something to worry about.. People always tell me that you should start to worry when you start to have conversations with yourself! Hope you got through with the exam though!

No, I don't have conversations with myself. Lol. I just sort of...think out loud?... The exam was English, so I'm sure I passed it. Writing essays is awesome xD

Yeah I do this all the time. It was when i found myself losing arguments....with myself.....that i started to worry :P haha
