I don't know how to help you :( But if I could believe me I would. I believe you, mainly because I've had similar experiences on a much lower level :( I don't know what to say except maybe try to seek professional help. But if you feel like that's a bad idea then don't do it.

i don't know how to help you..but i feel bad...i don't really have the same problems but i hope that those thoughts will go away!and no one should ever die of thoughts like that...it would make me sad... :'(

Yeah, there is no instant way to deal with this. Honestly, I would say seek out professional help. A trained person would know how to deal with it. You could be suffering from trauma from an event that happened in the past. Obviously, you're paranoid beyond belief. Yes, definitely see someone with experience in dealing with problems like yours.
