The way you used to look at me, it haunts me to this very moment. I never thought someone like you could hurt me. I never realized you were who I wanted, when I thought I wanted no one. The way I left, it kills you inside. The note I left left you in distraught. Night after night I replay the events that happened on that day, and nothing ever changes in my mind. You were the one that could save me from me, I never let you do it. So now I sit up here, in the clouds, watching you cut all the pain out. I regret that day, more than anyone could imagine, but what I regret most, is not being there for you, like you tried to be for me.

ohkay, correct me if im wrong, what i got from this poem was that these people loved eachother, one didn't see that correctly, committed suicide, left a note, the one that got the note ended up turning into a cutter and now the one the committed suicide regrets their decision to do it... I'm sure it has a deeper meaning and I just barely scratched the surface, but I was trying to summarize.

Those are the basics of the story. It also tells of how the one who committed the act of suicide realized too late what they had.
