soo...I've been having this panic attacks too often the last few months...and I have to say sorry to all the people I've been talking to when I have a panic attack....I talk too weird and people don't understand me...most of them thought I was mad at them..when I actually was mad at me...but they don't get it....I'm sorry guys <3 so how do you guys deal with panic attacks? ...cuz when I have one I can't do anything right..I can't breath..and I talk weird....D: does anyone know how to stop those attacks?...I really can't stand it anymore D:

omg, i've been havin panic attacks since 6th grade. i use to call them 'feelings' until recently when i figured out wat it was. i can give u tips on how to deal with it though. i can usually feel it coming, dunno if u can, but when i do i just stop doing wtv it is i'm doing and focus on my breathing. it's mainly the breathing that causes the rest of the feelings. So just breath deeply and try to calm urself down. You might also want to sit down. I've done this a lot and my panic attacks would go from 5 min+ all the way down to around 1 min or less. And now I don't have it anymore :) Of course it's always been going on and off for me throughout the years, but at least it will leave you alone after a while. Hope this helps!

that's what I always do...I'm always sitting and always try to concentrate on my breathing...but it never helps...it takes me like 30 mins to feel kinda better...I've been trying to calm myself down and I just can't idk why D: and since yesterday I feel like I'm having an attack and never stops...I don't even know if that's possible :/ .... yea i use to get it every single day... felt like it would never leave me alone. well... wat u can try is thinkin of smth peaceful? and then just ignore everything.... now it basically sounds like meditating 0__o. u can also try to just do smth u like? for example.... listen to music. idk, mayb my style doesn't work for some ppl :/ but hopefully u'll get to figure it out

I usually get panic attacks when I have to stand up in front of alot of people. I get really hot and my heart starts to pound out of control and I can't talk without stuttering or having shaky breaths so what I do is just take a deep breath and tell myself it's alright and that it wont last forever :3

I don't think you can prevent them... but if you feel one coming on then close your eyes and take really deep, slow breaths.
