So i like this girl that i piratically just met and we actually so far have a lot of things in common, but i don't know if she's Bi, then my mom doesn't even know i'm bi, so i don't know how she's going to react to that fact especially since she slapped me when she found out i was emo, and i don't know wether i should ask this girl out or not? and if i do, how do i bring it up? I'm useless at these things so please help me

i would love to help you but i am in the exact same position as you with an amazing girl. she is the most beautiful,kind and amazing person ever but she thinks we are just friends. :'( i want her to know how i feel but am also very scared at how she will react because if she starts avoiding me i will probably die :s so im sorry that this doesnt help but at least you know your not on your own and i would love to talk to you and see what i can do to make you feel better.

I have this exact problem and this was the best answer I got, I think it's a decision you have to make for yourself. Weigh the pros and cons! To see if your friend is bi...Try to feel her out; as in, ask vauge questions concerning all that kind of stuff. As for your mom... A friend of mine went thru this recently. Mainly, parents have this preconcepted idea of what your life will be like and when something like being bisexual challenges their wishes for you it catches them off guard. They hope its a phase because they want so badly for you to be 'normal' or whatever. Many deal with it after getting used to the idea. It's all about communication! ...I hope this made sense and helped you a little...
