Transpire above the shallow wake and cradle me in your hands. Pluck from me, all of my regrets, cast them down...down to a place I cannot see. A minute effortless price I will pay, but I am not sure if I can't deal with the weight. These scars will not fade, and dissapear...they will open once more, and spew the hatred I had hoped to escape. I am not afraid to die, I am afraid of the unknown. I am not afraid, to live, to fight, to be, I am afraid for those who will die in my destined fate. I do this for me, because I want the sting, the ache, that atonement requires. But what has it got me? What is left but torture oozing from my shell? A slew of gashes? Backed by flailing fists and blackened eyes my heart desperately wants to forget? Would you understand the million cuts, the bodies in the ruts? Would you be the fucking sluts I had chosen to not remember? This is my pathetic, egotistical, cry out to the ones who are like me. The ones craving someone to avenge them... The life we live isn't known to much of anyone... It is a much misunderstood strife.
