You look down on me Don't you look down on me now You don't know me at all A slap in the face In the face for you now Just might do now Leaving so soon, by Keane

Any recommendations for good eyeliner? Mar 26 2012, 03:35 PM
I have some, of course, but it isn't the best quality. It always ends up smearing and that isn't good!! :O please let me know if there's any good stores that I can shop at. Price doesn't matter.

sephora? XD i think basically all eyeliner smears. i always use the pencil kind, so i'm not sure if the liquid type smears. my mom got so annoyed by it, cuz it always smears, so she just got a tattoo around her eyes to look like eyeliner XP

For the top lid i reccommend using liquid. Nearly any kind will do, just not any uber cheap junk. It never smears for me. For the bottom, I highly suggest Maybelline New York master drama by eyestudio. It even stays on the waterline for at least four to five hours with zero touchups AND it stays on for like at least eight hours on the lashline. TRUST. It's a tad bit more expensive that normal eyeliner pencils, but it self-sharpens and stays on forever so you don't have to keep applying it. It's worth the expense.

Ohmigosh. Try liquiline blast from cover girl I think it is. It's like amazing. it goes on really easy and wears really long! And it's not too expensive!
