"Roses are red and Violets are blue..." These words start off the heart break that shreds every heart At first, the sweet sound of the words sweeps you off Off to a wonderful place where love is bliss And so is ignorance But then reality sets in and nothing is what you thought That world crumbles around you And breaks like glass. "I'll always love you..." "You mean the world to me..." "I've always cared..."These words don't mean anything to me anymore People hurt you, Move on,And continue on their way Just to leave you in the past like a abandoned memory they prefer not to re-live It hurts It really does Like a million thorns that wrap every inch of your heart But why can't things be okay like the world of a love poem? Why? Why can't you be happy with just being ignorant to the REAL world around us? Why? Why does love and heart break hurt so much?
