Choke, tried to wash you down with something strong Dry but the taste of blood remains Cold empty mattresses and falling stars My how they start to look the same I'm Low on Gas and You Need a Jacket, by Pierce The Veil

Depression, how do you know? May 11 2012, 05:45 AM
I've been really down alot of the time lately and just dont really care half the time. I dont really want to eat, I used to love drawing (because its my passion) but now, I simply dont want to even do that. If I do, its dark and somewhat demented. I think I may be depressed...

You know Ive felt like this too. I know even the thought of doing something that involves physical movement can get exhausting. To help yourself you must start to draw again. Though you have to take little baby steps. Like first you can just do little doodles while in class, or keep a note pad near your bed and doodle before going to bed! Maybe even write down your feelings! It helps :) Its the same with eating. Instead of eating big meals, eat little portions throughout the day! Hope this helps! <3

well there is a difference between simply being down and depressed, and having serious depression, given your symptoms, I would say that you may just be going through a rough spot, you just have to get through those, but if you start really changing, like you resent having to wake up, or you start thinking of suicide, then you need to see a doctor, but after reading what you wrote, I'd say you need a warm cup of tea, a blankie, a good movie and your best friend:) Cheer up:)

Try and set yourself goals no matter how small. It's something to forward forward to then and will cheer you up a bit.
