I'm interested in how much you guys and girls are 'bothered' about The Queen's Diamond Jubilee? I haven't watched that much TV coverage, but do think it's great how everyone gets together to celebrate the occasion. It makes me proud of our country and highlights what a fantastic city London can be :)

Well I'm enjoying - I'm working both days of the double bank holiday so I'm getting time and a half! xD Seriously though, I haven't been that bothered about it. Because I've been working, I haven't been able to attend any Jubilee events, and I haven't been particularly interested in what the tv has to offer for the occasion. Pretty much the same thing happened for me with the Royal Wedding last year :/

Well, it might be down to the fact that I'm not from the uk, but I really don't care at all. I'm not even sure what a diamond jubilee is. I don't see what the big fuss is, but I do like any reason to celebrate and party!!!! :D

Michaela - a Diamond Jubilee is when a country's monarch reaches 60 years on the throne, as our Queen just has, one of only 2 in the UK to do so :)
